The Five Tools


  1. APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning): At the early stage of PCB project development, we conduct comprehensive planning, integrating customer needs, design requirements, and production capabilities to ensure a smooth transition from design to mass production.
    For example, when customizing PCB for a communication enterprise, specific circuit layout and material requirements were clarified in advance through APQP.
  2. FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis): We identify potential failure modes in the PCB production process in advance, assess their impacts and risks, and thereby formulate targeted preventive measures.
    Just like in the manufacturing of multi-layer PCB, the risk of interlayer short circuit was prevented in advance through FMEA.
  3. MSA (Measurement System Analysis): We conduct rigorous MSA on measurement equipment and methods regularly to ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurement data, providing an accurate basis for quality judgment.
    For instance, in the measurement of PCB aperture, the consistency of measurement results was guaranteed by using MSA.
  4. SPC (Statistical Process Control): We use SPC to monitor key parameters in the production process in real-time, detect abnormal fluctuations promptly, and take measures to maintain process stability.
    During the PCB circuit etching process, the etching speed and depth were controlled through SPC to ensure the accuracy of the circuit.
  5. PPAP (Production Part Approval Process): Before mass production of new products, we strictly implement PPAP and provide customers with sufficient evidence to prove that the products meet all design specifications and quality requirements.
    When providing PCB for an automotive electronics manufacturer, we received high recognition from the customer after going through a strict PPAP process.

After-sales Quality Service


We are well aware of the importance of after-sales service for customer satisfaction and therefore provide comprehensive after-sales quality services.


  1. Follow the 2485 principle to respond to client issues promptly. Provide an initial reply within 2 hours after receiving customer feedback, offer a temporary solution within 24 hours, determine the root cause and long-term measures within 8 days, and complete the measure verification and problem closure within 5 days.
    For example, when a customer reported a PCB circuit short circuit problem, we promptly investigated and dealt with it in accordance with the 2485 principle, solving the problem in time and reducing the customer's losses.
  2. Provide free PCB re-supplying service for losses caused by quality issues to ensure that the customer's production is not affected.
    There was a case where a customer's production was delayed due to local defects of the PCB, and we immediately provided free PCB re-supplying to ensure the progress of the customer's production.
  3. Offer refund services in specific circumstances to demonstrate our responsible attitude towards quality.
    For instance, if the PCB received by the customer seriously does not conform to the order requirements, we will take the initiative to handle the refund for them.
  4. Equipped with a professional technical team to provide customers with all-round technical support. Whether encountering problems in the design, installation, or use of PCB, we can provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
    For example, we provided full-process technical guidance from PCB selection to circuit design for a customer newly involved in the electronics industry.
